EMS 2008

I am getting ready for and really excited about EMS2008. I am looking forward to what I can learn and who I may meet, although I am becoming apprehensive about networking on-site. How do you get exhibitors to follow up their leads?

Having worked for a large exhibition organiser, I know that many exhibitors simply do not follow up their leads. How many of you out there have had exhibitors cancel their presence because they did not get a good enough return on their investment and once you get to the base of it, they simply did not follow up the leads they generated?
