It was over three decades ago I began producing events. That was while I was in school and the audience was 2,000 for a first event of its kind in the the second largest auditorium in its time in NYC. Shortly following I began producing more events and even one that attracted between 18,000 - 24,000 over a single weekend. How do you get exhibitors to follow up their leads?

Having worked for a large exhibition organiser, I know that many exhibitors simply do not follow up their leads.
