Hey Candance -- Glad you enjoyed Chicago as much as I did. I really liked the EX Awards too. I'm sure we'll meet up sooner or later, I usually work with Gwen Hill on the MOD event we do in Vegas each year. Are you planning on going to the Green Event Summit that Red7 is doing next month?

How do you get exhibitors to follow up their leads?

Having worked for a large exhibition organiser, I know that many exhibitors simply do not follow up their leads. How many of you out there have had exhibitors cancel their presence because they did not get a good enough return on their investment and once you get to the base of it, they simply did not follow up the leads they generated?
