South Africa

It was incredible to have been invited to speak to exhibit (stand) builders and show orgainzers in S. Africa, and learn that THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM exists, there, as in the USA. How do you get exhibitors to follow up their leads?

Having worked for a large exhibition organiser, I know that many exhibitors simply do not follow up their leads. How many of you out there have had exhibitors cancel their presence because they did not get a good enough return on their investment and once you get to the base of it, they simply did not follow up the leads they generated?
