At 5:14pm on October 3, 2008, Nick Grecian said…: We decided not to attend this year. After a few years of supporting it and having excellent general banter with the PM's etc, last year was spoilt by two other crewing operations turning up in force and pitching to everyone.

We felt uncomfortable as it has never been an occasion for touting for work and thought we'd step back from it rather that be associated with that.

We will find time for a beer though!
